The Mesothelioma.com Scholarship provides $4,000 annually to one student whose life has been impacted by cancer of any type. They award this scholarship to help students continue their education despite the financial challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis in the family.
Students are eligible if they've had their own cancer diagnosis, have a parent, guardian, sibling or grandparent who has battled cancer, or have any family member who has fought mesothelioma specifically. The scholarship recognizes that cancer affects entire families and creates significant financial strain. Applications open November 1st each year and close March 31st or when they reach 500 applications. Students pursuing health-related fields may receive priority consideration, and recipients must maintain a 3.2 GPA and be enrolled full-time at an accredited institution.
