Connecting Champions pairs kids and young adults living with cancer with mentors in their field of interest so they can pursue their passions during treatment and survivorship. AYAs meet with their mentor regularly over video to gain experience, explore professions, and plan for school and careers — helping them stay connected to who they are beyond a diagnosis.
