Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, and so many of our cancer kids get these incredible experiences that become bright lights during the hardest times. They grant wishes for kids between 2 and 18 who are facing life-threatening medical conditions, including all types of childhood cancers.

Your child might wish to meet their favorite celebrity, go to Disney World, get a shopping spree, have a backyard makeover, or even something as simple as a puppy. The whole process starts when someone refers your child, then a volunteer visits to really understand what would bring them the most joy.

They handle absolutely everything from planning to execution, and there's never any cost to your family. What makes this so special is how they involve your whole family in the experience.

They know that when your child is fighting cancer, everyone needs something to look forward to. The volunteers become like extended family, and many families stay connected long after the wish.
