TransNet provides free medical transportation for families who qualify for Medical Assistance in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. They help families get to doctor appointments, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, pharmacies, and mental health providers when they can't afford transportation on their own.

You'll need to apply for Medical Assistance through the Department of Human Services first, then complete a separate transportation application with TransNet. They offer different types of rides based on your mobility needs and will cover the full cost of getting to your medical appointments. If you're over 65, you'll also need to register for their Shared Ride Program, but Medical Assistance still covers the entire trip cost.
