Swifty Foundation

The Swifty Foundation helps families donate their child's brain tumor tissue for research through their Gift from a Child program. They coordinate with seven Centers of Excellence across the country to make tissue donation possible when families are ready, handling all the logistics and connections with researchers. The foundation also funds pediatric brain cancer research, with a special focus on medulloblastoma and understanding how kids' brain cancers change over time during treatment.

Their Gift from a Child program has become part of the Children's Brain Tumor Network, which provides free access to donated tissue and research data to scientists worldwide. They help families turn their most difficult moments into hope for other children by making tissue donation easier and ensuring the research actually happens.
