LIVESTRONG Fertility helps cancer patients and survivors preserve their ability to have children when treatment threatens their fertility. The program partners with over 150 fertility clinics and cryobanks nationwide to offer at least 25% discounts on fertility preservation services. Through their partnership with EMD Serono, eligible patients also receive free fertility stimulation medications, which can save thousands more.
The program has helped over 17,000 people save more than $100 million in preservation costs. They provide support for egg freezing, embryo freezing, and sperm banking for cancer patients whose treatment could affect their fertility. Families work with partner clinics across the country and receive guidance through the application process to access these critical services before treatment begins.
