Utah Parent Center helps families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs navigate the complex systems and get the support they need. They provide free one-on-one consultations with parent consultants who understand what you're going through and can help you advocate for your child's needs at school meetings, with healthcare providers, and in accessing services.
They offer training workshops, educational resources, and connect families with others who share similar experiences. Their parent consultants can help you understand your rights, navigate special education services, access healthcare resources, and find community supports. The center serves families throughout Utah with children from birth through young adulthood who have any disability or special healthcare condition, including cancer.
