They provide free temporary housing for families whose children are receiving treatment at Children's Minnesota, University of Minnesota hospitals, and other partner hospitals in the Minneapolis area. You get a private room, home-cooked dinners every night made by volunteers, fully stocked food pantries for snacks and grab-and-go meals, and quiet family spaces away from the hospital chaos.

The Oak Street location has an on-site K-12 school so siblings can stay with the family and keep up with their studies. They also offer family activities, summer camps for kids, visits from local celebrities and athletes, and connections with other families going through similar situations. Multiple locations include family rooms right in the hospitals and full houses with overnight accommodations.
