RIPIN connects Rhode Island families to free support when navigating health care and special education for children with special needs, including cancer. Their team of peer professionals have personal experience caring for loved ones with special needs, so they understand what you're going through and can provide personalized guidance.
They help families understand health insurance options, including RI Medicaid for children with disabilities, and provide advocacy support for IEP and 504 plan meetings. RIPIN offers care management services, support groups, workshops, and training programs. All services are free, confidential, and available in multiple languages including Spanish.
